Debbie Greco is a landscape artist who paints in both oil and pastel. “My intent is to share how I experience the environment I live in. Often my inspiration comes from my early evening walks along the beach just before the sun sets. Twilight is my contemplative time of day and is a recurring subject in many of my paintings. The intersection of land, sea and sky, the ephemeral quality of light and textures of the marsh grasses, the seasonal changes are images I want to give life to on canvas. My hope is the viewer experiences a sense of serenity and harmony of colors and atmosphere in these landscapes.”
I will be opening my studio in Guilford for in-person visits throughout October.
