Donald Brown lives in Hamden, CT, with his wife, Mary, and has recently returned to oil painting after a lay-off of twenty years. He reviews theater for New Haven Review and New Haven Independent and is the author of Bob Dylan: American Troubadour (2014). He has taught literature and writing at Yale, has a doctorate in Comparative Literature from Princeton, where he studied as a Mellon Fellow, and a degree in Art History from the University of Delaware.
